Q: What is your warranty on your adjustable beds and adjustable bed mattresses? A: Our warranty is the best in the business. We are the factory and offer a FULL lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
Q: I saw another company online who offers a lifetime warranty, what is the difference? A: We both offer a FULL lifetime warranty on all parts including, motors, remotes, mattress, etc... Our prices are lower!
Q: Do you warranty the bed for life? Is it transferable? A: We warranty the bed and not the person (the buyer) -- so the warranty is transferable. 100% Protection for your investment!
Q: If I have a warranty issue what am I responsible to pay for? A: All parts including mattress, motors and remote control are covered 100% for life -- and the purchaser pays ONLY for the shipping cost of the part. It's that simple!
Q: Is there anything NOT covered by the warranty? We just want to be safe? A: This Lifetime Manufacturer's warranty does not include parts that have been subjected to misuse by the purchaser.
Q: So if we damage the bed ourselves in moving or are over the recommended weight then what? A: We will still help you with replacing the part needed, but you will have to pay for replacement. We will honor a discount.
Q: Does this warranty cover all products on your website? A: The lifetime manufacturer's warranty covers adjustable beds and adjustable bed mattresses! Memory Foam & Natural Latex come with the factory warranty unless purchased with an adjustable bed frame (then the warranty is Lifetime). Airbeds have the factory warranty which is the same warranty offered by Sleep Number.
Q: Do you have a sleep trial on your mattresses? A: Yes, We offer a manufacturer direct *120 night sleep trial to make sure your happy. No questions asked.
Q: So I get to try it for 120 nights and what if I don't like the mattress? A: You must try the mattress for a minimum 60 days. If you do not like the product you can return it or swap it for a different mattress.
Q: Ok so if I don't like the mattress I can swap for something different? A: Most people who do not like the mattress usually have a firmness preference. We try to adjust the feel first before return.
Q: What if I do not like the mattress at all and I just want my money back? A: No problem! Call us and we'll give you an RMA # and once the product is received we will credit your credit or debit card. All products must be returned before the 120th day as part of our policy.
Q: What fee's am I responsible for? Is there a restocking fee? A: The only fee's you will be responsible for are the shipping charges associated with the order. No restocking fee's.
Q: Why do I have to keep the mattress for 60 days? This seems long to us? A: Sometimes products take a little getting used to because they are so comfy and pressure reducing, so we want to be sure you gave it your best effort in getting comfortable with it. Most people are happy within the first night, but some people take longer to adjust.
Q: Ok so one more time, If I don't like the mattress and return it I do get my money back right? A: Absolutely correct! You get a credit back in the same manner you paid for the item. Ex: Credit Card
Q: If I CANCEL or if my credit card Is declined after the bed ships do I still get my money back? A: This has been a sticky topic for many years for ALL online companies and we want to give you the truth upfront. SIMPLY STATED ... Shipping & handling, having men load trucks and unload trucks costs money. As we ALL know, Fuel these days is ridiculously expensive and costs lots of money. So if you order a product from our company and we do not have any of the above shipping, handling, Charges, etc ... We will be glad to cancel your order with absolutely NO FEE's because fair is fair and honesty is our policy. BUT...If we ship any part of the order and have to stop the shipment and turn it around and do ALL of the above again on the way back ... This is very costly. As long as you cancel before the product(s) ship There will be no charge to you. If you cancel after the product ships and we have to stop it and turn it around, you will be responsible for all fee's associated with shipping & handling, etc ... These fee's will be deducted from the credit you receive when we credit you. Just so you know as a consumer we have only had 2 people in all our years in business cancel after a product shipped, so the chances are very low.
